In August 2015 this project's Project Archivist/ Project Manager traveled to Cleveland, Ohio to present "Digitization to Data: Turning Challenges to Opportunities Digitizing at a Small Institution" at the Society of American Archivist's Annual Meeting Research Forum.

In October 2015 this project Project Archivist/Project Manager Abi Simkovic and Co-Principal Investigator India Spartz traveled to Roanoke, Virginia to present "Seven minutes to Digitize and Describe: An approachable, hands-on metadata workshop" at the Fall 2015 Mid-Atlantic Regional Archives Conference.
