Search specific fields, by choosing the field from the drop-down or by using the limiters (a:author, t:title, d:subject, n:note). For example, if you want to search for all the works of Shakespeare, you would write a:shakespeare. If you wanted to search for "The Tempest" you would write a:shakespeare t:tempest. For more advanced searches, use the Advanced Keyword search.
The subject search uses a specific, controlled vocabulary for describing Library material. If you do not find what you are looking for in the subject index, try a keyword search or ask a Librarian for assistance.
To find Union College theses, search the catalog by Department, Author, or Title via the drop-down menu.
