House Resolution 660 directing certain committees to continue their ongoing investigations as part of the existing House of Representatives inquiry into whether sufficient grounds exist for the House of Representatives to exercise its Constitutional power to impeach Donald John Trump, President of the United States of America, and for other purposes.
- October 31, 2019 – H. Res. 660 (EH) was brought to the floor October 31, 2019, for consideration, debated, and approved by the House by a vote of 232 yeas, 196 nays, and 4 not voting, as documented in the Congressional Record (165 Cong. Rec. H8683).
- October 30, 2019 – The Committee on Rules met in open session and ordered H. Res. 660 (RH) favorably reported to the House (House Report 116-266) by a vote of 9 yeas and 4 nays, a quorum being present.
- October 29, 2019 – Representative McGovern submitted H. Res. 660 (IH) which was referred to the Committee on Rules. H. Res. 660 directs the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI), in coordination with the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Committee on Oversight and Reform, to continue their ongoing investigations as part of the existing House inquiry into whether sufficient grounds exist for the House to exercise its Constitutional power to impeach President Trump.
