Read the title, keywords and Abstract. Quickly scan the article and try to answer the questions below:

The Big Question: What is this field trying to solve? Often trying to treat a disease or introduce a new drug delivery method.

The Main Point: What they did and why they did it 
                                  Hint: This is usually located in the last sentence of the last  paragraph of the introduction 

The Introduction: Grounds you in the field and tells you what has been done previously

What are the headings and subheadings, when was it published? Are there any terms you don't understand?
